Slip-n-Slide Time

Target had a great deal on a three lane slip-n-slide. We jested today at our little party about the old yellow pieces of tarp called slip-n-slide we were use to. Now we've got a three lane race track complete with blow up body boards.

We cooked burgers, hot dogs, and vegi-dogs on the grill. My friends brought watermelon, cookies, juice boxes, cheese sticks, carrots. And lots of sunscreen.

We had two "pools" to accompany the slip-n-slide.

The kids had a blast & us moms enjoyed the company.

Deal & Spelling Lesson

Just wanted to let everyone know (all 5 that read my blog) that Albertsons has Hefty brand paper plates & plastic cups on sale for .99. You have to have their in store coupon (limit 6). There is also a coupon for bottled water (24 pack) for .99.

On a side note, with my real self, I wanted to address a very serious issue I'm encountering on the web. While I'm not the bestestest spellar eva pleese no this:

A Moment

I just had one with my dishwasher.

I LOVE when I forgot that I already unloaded the dishwasher and open it fully prepared to unload it (with my good attitude hat on) and find that it is EMPTY! A glimpse of heaven....maybe.

She's ready to go....let the cooking begin!
